Erm... Not sure if there's a main site that lists everything that goes on.

Agree. You'll probably have to visit the site of each and every ministry/group that you're interested in. Maybe someone should create such a site... and pull in newsfeeds ete from every organistation that wants advertise their events...

Yeh it'd be cool if there was a site where you could see all the Christian events coming up! Shame i'm not computer literate enough to create one!!?

I know that there were quite a few events on over the summer, but does anyone know of an event/conference coming up in the UK that could be recommended for a new Christian?

Yeah, making that sort of an event listing is also quite an undertaking, I'm involved with http://www.thegoodnews.co.uk/ and as part of that I've got to compile an events listing for the south east, but when you start looking around you realise just how many there are, and how many little organisations run them. I'd love to see a site where every christain event was listed, but it will take more than one person to sort that out, and cooperation from the people who run those events (Getting in contact with the people making the listing, (obviously its alot easier if they email the details of the event to you rather than you having to go hunting for them)

p.s. I'mn v.sorry I'm not entirely sure which confereance I'd recomend to a new christian, probably would depend on who they were.
