I heard recently in a sermon that Jesus was sinless because he was conceived by the Holy Spirit and that the blood of a fetus and its mother are totally separate so Jesus never had any of Mary's sinful blood. While this may be true it discounts the fact that half of Jesus' DNA was from Mary (who had sin) and that he ingested her milk as an infant.
Was Jesus truly without sin all his life? He was fully man (and fully God) and therefore had to have experienced sin before he was baptized by John (which he said was necessary). Otherwise he was not fully man like we are but only God pretending to be man.
I want to say up front that I am born of water and the Spirit and a disciple of the Lord. Please think about your reply before you have a knee-jerk reaction, which won't further the discussion.
