Yes, thats what i mean.I think you mean "our citizenship" ,
the
kingdom we seek and God calls us to and puts us in,
since the "our nation" is not part of that.

No, i wouldn't be mad because i live and die by Gods will. I would pray.so would you have an issue if someone WITH a gun saved your life if you got into trouble on the road or out in public or would you be mad that violence was used on your behalf?
2 Corinthians 10New King James Version (NKJV)What is the difference? If they make it clear that they intend to come here? Would you rather they be fought there or here?
thank youfor those saying that war is sinful,
would it be sinful for a man to own a firearm for the sole purpose of defending his family from harm and only ever using it in such a situation?

so another honest question do you believe those people who do that for you are not Christians and/or were not sent by God to protect you?No, i wouldn't be mad because i live and die by Gods will. I would pray.
2 Corinthians 10New King James Version (NKJV)
The Spiritual War
10 Now I, Paul, myself am pleading with you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ—who in presence am lowly among you, but being absent am bold toward you. 2 But I beg you that when I am present I may not be bold with that confidence by which I intend to be bold against some, who think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
I believe the scripture speaks for itself.so another honest question do you believe those people who do that for you are not Christians and/or were not sent by God to protect you?
It was a yes or no. Are you accusing anyone who uses violence when violence is threaten to not be a Christian or of God?I believe the scripture speaks for itself.
I traded my guns for a bible. I walk by faith not sight, thank you
Im not stepping into that loaded question. I would violate forum rules, which you are probably aware. It was a yes or no. Are you accusing anyone who uses violence when violence is threaten to not be a Christian or of God?
Honest question how would that violate the rules?Im not stepping into that loaded question. I would violate forum rules, which you are probably aware.
Its against the rules to comment on whether someone is a Christian or not.Honest question how would that violate the rules?
Im thankful to God. Blessed is the man whos help comes from the Lord.I'm thankful for those delusional heathens that think they're Christians and are willing to do the unpleasant, dirty and dangerous service that makes life nicer for us saints.![]()
From my understanding of that rule that applies to a particular person or group of people. For example, if I were to say you are not a Christian or that all Methodists are not Christians then that would violate the rule. My question is basically ( according to you) is being a pasfist part of being a Christian is it not OR is it something that various Christians may have a conviction about. How important is non-violence to being a Christian in other words particularly as it relates to OTHER people being threatened. Its against the rules to comment on whether someone is a Christian or not.
thank you war is not pretty but is sometimes needed.I'm thankful for those delusional heathens that think they're Christians and are willing to do the unpleasant, dirty and dangerous service that makes life nicer for us saints.![]()
