Wanting Guidance.

I am 35 years old and have, in the midst of spiritual attacks and storms, been called to ministry.
I have a beautiful daughter who is 6. Shes had 2 brain surgeries, 1 heart surgery, cerebral palsey, siezures, etc.. Her Mother and I divorced when she was 2. I was a single parent for the next 3 years while Mom was in Florida.
2 years after the divorce, feeling lonley and helpless (6 therapies weekly, full-time work, countless doctors appointments, no family support), I got remarried (to a scam artist). 1 month into the marriage she stole everything we had, wiped out my accounts, sent me into bancruptcy, stole my car, stole all of my daughters SSI money and belongings, stole credit cards and check book and maxed out all the cards, we lost our home (foreclosure), etc.. She then ran to Texas because she knew people there.
After all of that, I then had to leave my good job because my daughters Medicaid said that I made too much money.
I got scared at hearing this and thought she might not be able to get future treatment or it would be of less quality. I left and got a job with low income (still full-time). I then got laid off from that job and made the heart-breaking choice of bringing my daughter to Florida and giving her Mom temporary custody untill I get back on my feet where at that time I will move down to Florida to be with our daughter. Her Mother has since remarried to a wonderful man and she is a Wonderful mother.
Well, here I am, I've lost everything ! ! ! I asked GOD "WHY"? He replied, "TO FOCUS ON ME"!
I now have this undescribable DESIRE and HUNGER to soak up the word and witness as a "fisher of men". My daughter, Serenity, now has a bond with her Mother like none other. I talk to her twice each day as we pray and discuss JESUS'S love for her. She loves it! Shes also been healed of siezures completely! PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD! Her Mom, seeing the light coming through Serenity, is now seeking a church and starting a relationship with GOD! I have ran into 3 seperate pastors from our area, 1 being the pastor of my church, who have all prayed with me and recognized a distinctive call on my life into ministry without me telling them!
If I haven't put your eyes to sleep yet, let me just say thank you for reading and "GOD MAKES THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE"!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND I LOVE YOU!

Heck of a testimony...

You feel like being a "fisher of men" you said. That's a good thing!
IMO, we are disciples if we are 'students' of Jesus. And we are to "make disciples of all nations..."

My advice; Patience #1. Tell God that you are willing and able to be at His service. Ask Him to bring people into your life who you can "disciple".
When He does, teach them on a personal basis.

The verse that says, "Go make disciples of all nations...", there's more to it than what i quoted. I'm sure you are familiar with it. Memorize it if possible, and study it, and the surrounding verses. And meditate on the 'context' of the passage. We recieve revelation when we do this. At least i do.
This is only my opinion.
