I want to post in here because I've been having "thoughts" of self-injury. I am here to seek help...this isn't a threat to me or anything...I'm seeking peer support on this...
I've been having a very difficult time lately with myself. With sleeping and everything. I would never think of hurting myself or anything. I'm just getting kind of tired of this and I'm not sure what to do. Anyways, what do I do when I get thoughts of self-injury? Are there any meditation techniques or anything I can do for this? I would really appreciate some support. Thank you!
