If you follow the links from the NY Post, you're taken to a website that has the leaked document. It appears to be a complete package from "Racial Equality Institute LLC".
I don't see Wal-Mart anywhere in the document, but then again, it wouldn't be, if the company is distributing the packet to their employees as training from a third-party company that produces such training materials.
Having worked at a large corporation, these types of training packets go in one ear and out the other anyway.
Employers aren't allowed to discriminate by race. A training packet isn't discrimination, but enforcement is.
From a Christian perspective:
We are to love one another selflessly. We are all God's creation. It's difficult, while living in a sinful world full of selfishness, to imagine a world where selfless love keeps us in harmony—but isn't that the standard of heaven that will be restored some day? Something to think about.

These three graphics intrigue me the most.
Covert white supremacy includes: Denial of racism(kafkatrap), not believing experiences of BIPOC (apparently it's okay to not believe experiences of white people), tone policing(how is this even white supremacist?), saying "But what about me?" and assuming good intentions are good enough.
It seems the definition of the phrase white supremacy, just like the word racist, has been stretched to mean "Anything I don't like."
The fact that they put Ben Shapiro on the list, who is Jewish and a target of actual white supremacists shows that they are using this phrase as a smear for anyone or anything they don't like.
This graphic made me think this was all fake, that is why I decided not post it on this forum even though I wanted to. This phrase was used to mock these type of people, now it seems they're wearing as a badge of honor.
But it's not based on class lol....it's based on race and culture.
It's not a conspiracy theory, I've read Marx. He's below average when it comes to economics....but he's well above average at creating revolutions. He saw class as the issue he could use to push discontent in the average person. He lived in a time and place where there was too much racial homogeneity to push a racial Marxism and culture had not been stripped from the common man....so that wouldn't work either.
There was, however, a growing gap between the wealthy and the poor....as was the case in many of the nations that adopted Marxism. As a model for revolution, it doesn't work so well in the US. The average man stands to lose too much from revolution. Our poor are richer than the poor in most of the world.
If you want to apply Marxist tactics to sow discontent in the US, you need to choose something people already have grievances over.
Of course it's been tried. It's been tried multiple times....it just happens to run into the same problems.
Communism is a picture of an end goal. It doesn't have a realistic plan for achieving that end goal....but communists know what society should look like if they are successful. Every attempt at communism is a "try" regardless of the fact it never succeeds.
It certainly has its flaws.
I'd be less inclined to do so if the idea in question hadn't resulted in some of history's greatest atrocities.
Capitalism for all it's flaws is based on a simple but ugly truth....economic equality cannot be achieved.
Communism is based on a beautiful lie....not only can economic equality be achieved, but we can achieve it now.

Walmart has given more than 1,000 employees critical training on race theory which teaches that the United States is a “white supremacist system” and that white interns are guilty of “white supremacist thinking” and “Internalized racial superiority,” according to a new report.
Classy. I remember thinking something was missing last time I was in Walmart. Turns out it was racial bigotry.
The program suggests that whites are guilty of “white privilege” and “internalized racial superiority”, the belief that “his comforts, wealth, privileges and success have been won by merit and hard work” rather than by the benefits of systemic racism. The formation claims that the The “culture of white supremacy” is defined by several qualities, including “individualism”, “objectivity”, “paternalism”, “defense”, “hoarding of power”, the “right to comfort” and the “cult of writing”.
Cult of writing? That's a new one.
The program suggests that the solution is for whites to work on “white anti-racist development” and accept their “guilt and shame” and that “whites are not right.” Ultimately, they should be working towards “collective action” where “white people can do good”.
Training people to accept guilt because of their skin color. I don't see how this can possibly go wrong.
Personally, I think delusional extremists who believe in vast power hoarding conspiracies belong in the shady corners of the internet where their nonsense is limited by voluntary participation.
On the upside, this seems like the sort of thing that qualifies as racial discrimination and Walmart has deep pockets.

Immigrants to the US bring with them the very real advantage of their own native cultures. These cultures are almost always socially practical, functional cultures that have carried their ancestors for hundreds of years. Simply put, immigrants come to the US with a way of life that has been proven to work to their advantage.
They may adapt their cultures to fit better into America's dominant Anglo culture, they may adopt elements of America's dominant Anglo culture, they may in time completely move to America's dominant Anglo culture. But from the very start, they have their own functional cultures to rely upon.
And it should be clear that America's Anglo culture is also functional and very successful, so these immigrants are merely blending one successful, functional culture into another successful, functional culture.
The difference with the Africans who were brought to the US as slaves is that their native tribal cultures--which had been functional in their own rights--were stripped from the slaves. The slaves were inculcated with intention into a slave culture that was deliberately dysfunctional. The descendants of those slaves still labor under significant elements of that slave culture (which was perpetuated by Jim Crow in certain relevant ways), and just like obese people continue in the practices that made them obese, many black people continue in the slave culture ways that keep them in a slave culture.
There have been efforts to raise black people out of the slave culture. One method has been to attempt better assimilation into the larger (and functional) Anglo culture. The other has been to radically revamp the slave culture into a functional culture largely (but not wholly) separate from Anglo culture.
Although the former is more practical and more practicable, the point is to recognize that the slave culture is dysfunctional and to cast it aside.
