Why do I have to defend myself because I think racism happens?

It's called a debate forum.
Of course racism happens.
That ain't deep.
If we've plumbed your depths now, fine, I thought maybe
you had something of interest to say.
If you think CRT is a view that assumes America is a racist nation, responding to my argument would be more interesting, for a debate forum.
There are huge differences in the achievement of immigrant groups.
Native Americans are not descendants of slaves but they seem very
disadvantaged
There is a blindness we as a species possess. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and on the sixth day, created he man, male and female created he them, and he called their name Adam. This should tell every one of us here as believers in the living god, that there is only one race, multi colored, yes, multi cultured, yes too, but still, only one race. This is part of what makes CRT problematic, if not an outright lie. The reason for this is that CRT doesn't address legitimate issues within black communities, it just lays the blame into the lap of white people in spite of the fact the over whelming majority of white people not only aren't racist, but consider racism to be a bad bad thing. In this, it doesn't lift one black person out of the pit, or strengthen black communities, give them better educations, or equal opportunity, it just knocks white people down. This reality is why we should see CRT for what it is, an act of hubris, not an act of justice. Let's lift up those that are down, not knock down those that are up.
That is true, and it is perhaps the critical distinction between Asians and others who have immigrated to the US and those who are American descendants of slaves.
the it is a good thing no one is doing thisIf racism happens, then it should be confronted at the time. But teaching people as a matter of course that blacks are oppressed and whites are oppressors does nothing for team-building within a company--or society.
Having ancestors who were slaves has less influence upon a person living today than plenty of other factors that have nothing to do with slavery or race. If a person's parents are alcoholic, or abusive, or simply made bad financial decisions, it would make much more of a difference to your life than what the status of your great grandparents.
Way too much focus is being put on our ancestors when it comes to making excuses for the present.
I think it's pretty hilarious that some weird conspiracy theory website can piece together their own ideas and words with 2-3 word out-of-context "quotes" from a document which they are unable to produce yet can somehow quote from and then people who want to believe what they're selling throw it out there as ultimate and undeniable proof of some kind of nefarious conspiracy against....white people. Just typing all of this makes me LOL!!!!! Thanks for the Friday afternoon laugh!!!
Somehow, I don't think so.
That doesn't mean I think all white people in America are racists or that America is a racist nation.
It does mean that I think disadvantage is baked into the system, probably for a number of reasons, which is what something like the study of systemic problems would be needed to figure out.
But, no, it's a "worldview that assumes the US is a racist nation" and "white people are immoral racist oppressors," because Walmart did a thing.
go ahead
Didn't say you were the author, just that the statements are stereotyping.
Then say "class" which of course in Marx's day was far more
spark than now.
Don't use conspiracy theory terms if you ont mean
it or want to be taken seriously. Here is no cultural
or racial Marxism. Accept your mistake, learn from it,
and move on.
Did you not say Marxism is evil? Good yiu see it is not.
As for it being tried? It's never been tried.
The free market capitalism that the USA so fervently
exports isn't so hot either.
Neither free market capitalism and democracy or Marxism
come anywhere near to their ideals.
Don't blame the ideas for the actions of people who
cannot act in good faith.
I had no idea it was a conspiracy theory website.
Here's the same article in a non-conspiracy theory website. Enjoy.
