VPN use blocked

My VPN is still being denied access with new update. I hate it when I must deactivate my online protection to access here. Can this be remedied?
I do not have this problem with other cites. Is their good reason for having it that way?

I remember reading an earlier post that said that this site didn't allow VPN because users use those to circumvent certain types of forum bans. However, I can't find that post because the search bar is broken. I think it was in the Webmasters & Developers subforum under Technology.

I believe you can ask for permission / special use to get around the VPN Ban.
After I moved I had to send a support request as my new IP was banned.

FYI Also you can still do a full search via Google
Just use your keywords + site:christianforums.com and that will restrict Google's results to only christianforums domain.

If you are using a VPN that is being blocked you need to request a new IP address from the VPN service. We occasionally have to block IP addresses due to spammers and other reasons, if you are using one that a spammer previously used from the same VPN service then we are not going to un-block that address, but you can get a new address easily (usually just by using a different server from the VPN) from the VPN.
