Visions

I need some advice and Help.

I found out visions and that run in my family. It is pasted down on the female’s side. The thing is now I have all these questions. Weir did this come from what is the family background for this. My Uncle has it; my Grandma had it and also my great Grandma. My family ruts have always been Christian.



I want to know if any one could be living now may be in Germany and have it is pasted through the female side so if I fide out if my great Grandma had a sister that would answer some of my questions.



Here is what I know



1) It is pasted down the female side

2) My Grandma's family came from Germany

3) Her madden name was Klan

4) Both male and females can have this gift



I just want to know who has had it? and maybe if I could tell weir it originated. Also the one question which only God could answer is why is my gifts so incredibly stronger than anyone have had it that I know of in my family.



I don't even know weir to begin looking with this or let alone if this is the right post.

Occult "gifts" can also be passed down in families. Not to shock or offend you, but often, these gifts can seem as though they're from God, when they're actually satanic in origin. There's a really good book by Hal Lindsey called Satan is Alive and Well on Planet Earth. I don't know if it's still in print, but if it isn't, you could find a copy on eBay or on Amazon. I think this book could give you some good information and some discernment about your visions. The Spiritual Counterfeits Project ( http://www.scp-inc.org/ ) also has a hotline you could call to get some information on this subject.

Thank you for the verse PaisleyRose! That was exactly what I was looking for.

It is obvious by all accounts - Israel having it's own nation again, the UN's desire for one world government, etc. that we are in the last days (maybe the last 100 years or less of this world as it is). So we should not be surprised if people have visions. The other posters are right, you have to be very careful about praying for the Holy Spirit to help you discern your visions. Dreams that come true - I believe are from God - for whatever purpose - because God is the only one who knows the future - the devil doesn't (but in this case I'm talking about the deja vu type of dreams - where you think you have dreamed a dream of something that you do later), visions were usually seem by the prophets I believe. Usually showing God's Glory, and predicting God's blessing or judgement. Something from God will never contradict Biblical guidance - like you wouldn't have a vision to kill your teacher after you were mad at him/her, or to have premarital sex.

Please PM me if you would like to talk about your visions. I am a counselor, and while i might not be able to give you insight on your visions, i might be able to help you deal with them. What exactly is going on? Are you seeing stuff in front of your eyes, or in your mind (like a daydream), is there a time or place it happens most? I'll PM you and ask you some other stuff.
Funny! i am also a family genealogist, so i'll find out where Klan comes from - i am already pretty sure, but i'll check it out for sure.

pray about this also.we have it in my family as well,although I only believe it to be as Paisley has stated it. It comes from God as His way of enlightening some to help others.I for one do not use this gift or find it to be as strong as my mothers or sisters.I've had 3 instances where the actual incident happened,some not so good.Its not always a good thing.God Bless.

Yes they have come true my premonitions a fire in a elementry school in my provenve, September 11, war on Iraq and also huge blizzard in our town which hasn't had this mich snow even before my Mom got hear when she was young.But what in interesting is that it seem to hit the seconed born. My Granda was seconed born I just found out my Uncle has it and he was seconed born and I'm second born.
