Virginity Discussions

Is it just my imagination or is there ALOT of talk on these forums about everyone's virginity or lack there of? I see it all the time on here. Please don't get me wrong, I think it's awesome to wait until marriage, and those with the fortitude to wait will truly recieve a blessing, but the topic is everywhere. Ive seen "Did you marry a virgin?" "Would you marry a non-virgin?", "Is virginity important?", even "Are you a virgin?". I believe adultery/fornication is a sin, but so are many other things. I can't believe the openess of some people with perfect strangers. (And we all are strangers regardless of how well we may think we know someone off the internet) Or maybe b/c Im turning 30 next week Im just starting to show my age . Am I just paranoid?

That's the problem you see, sex tends to be a contentious issue because people feel very strongly about it, people get upset when somebody tells them that their way of expressing their love is wrong or sinful, people aren't too bothered if you tell them that its wrong to kill small children for no apparent reason, generally, they even agree, too

I don't think anyone should look for the "perfect" spouse - if you find them, they won't be right for you (you imperfect one, you )

I think to some extent people like to bring this subject up because they like to debate it, mostly because everyone has a very strong opinion of this subject one way or the other.

i agree that if i love someone virginity would not make me say oh well thanks see you later ..no i think yes its very important but i cant bame some one for past mistakes/ chosies, and i dotn think i should not love a person for that reason it ither.

is it not the Lord that shows us we must look past sin,mistakes,failers,falts, and love each other as he did?
