There are plenty of examples in scripture where demons can posses people but there is no evidence or scripture to support they can take human form. when they do take physical form it is always an animal. Satan appeared as a snake to Adam and Eve in the garden.

The bible clearly states that Demons are of spirit nature and even Jesus said

39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have

God alone is the Creator. Demons and angels do not have the power to create, so they could not have re-created, or reproduced with human beings.

No Jaxxi. The fallen angels took on bodies and married Earth women. They had children called the nephilim.The nephilim when they died and lost their physical bodies became demons/evil spirits and they seek to possess people and animals.

Isn't that what aliens are to most people? Beings that do not make their home on earth but come from somewhere else?

If your premise is that aliens live on earth and have always done so, I think using the term 'aliens' is misleading because most people think of aliens as being foreign to earth.
