That is not what the Bible says.
Jude 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.[/QUOTE
From what we know from scripture fallen angels aka demons cannot take physical human form. They need to inhabit or take over a human host which would be classed as possesion.
Therefore these fallen angels who sinned by mating with human women must have been created as physical beings
That is not what the Bible says.
Jude 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Oh, I don't buy that. No religious scholar I've ever read buys it and no historians I know of buy it either. Stories about ancient deities are mythical.
Where do you read this?Fallen angels cannot take human form.
So you're back to that borderline racist attitude: the Roman's could never have built this sort of super-structure without alien help? Why am i not surprised.
The Acropolis is supposed to have been a Roman Temple dedicated to the god Jupiter-Baal, but no classical scholar has yet been able to explain how three massive cut stones could have been lifted to rest on a substructure 23ft. high. Neither Bechtel nor the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the leading experts on heavy lifting and moving can do that feat today even with the most sophisticated machinery. Each stone weighs in the region of 1,200 tons.
What i find ironic is that some on here cannot accept the possibility that Aliens have visited the earth in the past and yet think every word written in a book two thousand years ago is true.
Where do you read this?

Well it is a great way to end a conversation: call it racist. How original. This attitude is not racist, not even borderline. Please stop this racist bollocks nonsense.
We are far more advanced than the Romans and have better technology. Even we cannot move those stones with 21st century technology, so how did the Romans do it?
You would better off trying to explain this rather than using the racist card.
Another thing to ponder.
God alone is the Creator. Demons and angels do not have the power to create, so they could not have re-created, or reproduced with human beings.
If demons did create an offspring with humans, why are there no other instances of it mentioned in the bible?
You don't believe the account in Gen 6, so why would you believe another 'instance'?
And yet I believe it was Jude who quoted from it. Hummm. The thing with scripture is that you can twist or use it to mean whatever you pretty much want.
Pretty much most of the stuff thrown at me is coming from the book of Enoch which is an unofficial book of the bible. Most versions don't have it and i have never read a copy that has it. It is an Apocryphal book Some of what the Apocrypha says is true and correct, but at the same time, much of it is false and historically inaccurate.

The subject of Aliens has always been a taboo subject in the church. On here it appears that Aliens either don't exist (despite science and good intelligent reasoning suggesting otherwise) or they do exist but are demons or angels in disguise.
No wonder the subject is such taboo.
I wonder what will happen when we discover Alien life (which i do believe we will do so some day in the future) the church is going to go into complete denial and meltdown.

And Gen 6 is still Gen 6.
It is.
But it depend on how you interpret the son of god line in that verse.
Who are the sons of god?
There is the Despot interpretation, the merging of the ungodly caninite with the godly sethites, and the fallen angel interpretation.
When sons of God is used in the bible it usually means humans. Personally i suscribe to the second one out of those three rather than the fallen angel view.
On the contrary, I think the church will handle it quite well if we are just honest about it. I do however think some of the 'aliens' are demons. Absolutely. They are evil and out to destroy humanity. Same old story wrapped in new packaging.
