From what we know from scripture fallen angels aka demons cannot take physical human form. They need to inhabit or take over a human host which would be classed as possesion.

Therefore these fallen angels who sinned by mating with human women must have been created as physical beings

Oh, I don't buy that. No religious scholar I've ever read buys it and no historians I know of buy it either. Stories about ancient deities are mythical.

The bible implicitly states this.

There are plenty of examples in scripture where demons can posses people but there is no evidence or scripture to support they can take human form. when they do take physical form it is always an animal. Satan appeared as a snake to Adam and Eve in the garden.

The bible clearly states that Demons are of spirit nature and even Jesus said

39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have

Oh i agree some of them are evil and some will work for Satan, i just don't accept that they are angels or demons in disguise, there really is no credible biblical evidence to support this, only fundementalists twisting scripture to fit a view.

I believe they are physical created beings like us created by God, but conciderably more advanced and have the freedom and ability to roam the universe (which we may have one day, if humanity survives that long). Like us they will have free will and so can choose to do good and evil things like humans.

They are the sheep not of this flock that Jesus mentions in John 10.16
