Wii sports can be quite the workout. Do boxing for a long time and your arms BURN. I think that is sweet!

Lose weight playing games? Huh?! Oh yeah, i did exercise on a VR bike in the past so I know it's possible. It's pretty reasonable to do 30 mins of exercise a day.
