Are you seriously asking one of the most loyal Trump supporters this?
I’m a Trump supporter to. The only difference is that I’m able to see that he’s just as much of a liar as the rest of the Republican Party just like the democrats. It doesn’t matter who you chose they’re all going to be liars including the media. So all you can really go on is what you actually see happening in the real world and what lines up with common sense. I think I have an advantage on this particular subject because I’ve dealt with USCIS and I have numerous friends I’ve known for decades who came here illegally, who worked hard to get their green card so they could bring their family here and now they’re hard working honest US citizens.

The links are from the same source that you insisted has only Garcia's lawyers' writings. Clearly, you were mistaken.
I did not say that only sources in the link are from the wife beater's lawyers. I said the only ones pertaining to his gang affiliation are. But you corrected me with two other sources that actually verify he was a gang member. In your attempt to prove me wrong about the sources, you supported my position about his gang membership.

Those sources only show allegations that Garcia is a gang member. Allegations do not equal truth.

What's being advanced here is the traditional medieval doctrine of Outlawry. For committing certain crimes a person could be "outlawed" so the law do longer protected him--from the government or anybody else. The same kind of thinking is evident here. Once a person steps over that line without papers he is an outlaw undeserving of due process. It doesn't matter if his status is subsequently regularized, or his deportation is blocked by a rogue judge. He can be deported without a due process because he is not entitled to due process, And that's why there is tension with Traditional churches over this because just as ancient a practice as outlawry is the church's practice as offering the only place of protection from his enemies.

Let’s do some math. 13 billion per year divided by $4000 per person equals 3,250,000 people. Thats basically every single immigrant coming across the boarder is paying the cartels $4000? Does that really seem feasible to you?
You can't reason a person out of a position that they did not use reason to arrive at.

Depends on where they are coming from and how much they can raise. For instance, if you include the Darien Gap it's going to cost a lot more than just being ferried across the no-man's land next to our border. But on the whole I see nothing to argue about prices in that range.

On Dec. 1, 2022, Abrego Garcia was stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for speeding. Upon approach to the vehicle, the encountering officer noted eight other individuals in the vehicle.

“Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a MS-13 gang member, illegal alien from El Salvador, and suspected human trafficker. The facts reveal he was pulled over with eight individuals in a car on an admitted three-day journey from Texas to Maryland with no luggage,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “The facts speak for themselves, and they reek of human trafficking. The media’s sympathetic narrative about this criminal illegal gang member has completely fallen apart. We hear far too much about the gang members and criminals’ false sob stories and not enough about their victims.”

Sure. He comes "home," stands trial, gets deported back to El Salvador, then the headlines about Trump separating families. Then, after 3 months, nobody will be talking about it anymore because we've all moved onto the next thing.

Defending foreign gang members who entered the country illegally is a loosing strategy for the democrats.

Unless you are a Republican. Especially if your last name is Trump. But I digress.
Trump was convicted. And he also admitted to fraud with Trump University & Foundation.

He's not a gang member. Trump has been convicted of multiple felonies. Garcia hasn't been convicted of anything.

The media’s sympathetic narrative about this criminal illegal gang member has completely fallen apart. We hear far too much about the gang members and criminals’ false sob stories and not enough about their victims.”
The stop resulted in no charges, and there was no mention of human trafficking in the parts of the redacted report that have been made available.

Abrego Garcia has no criminal record.

In bodycam footage released by Tennessee Highway Patrol, Abrego Garcia can be seen saying, “Hello, sir” to a state highway trooper after being stopped for speeding on Interstate 40 near Cookeville, between Nashville and Knoxville.

When the trooper asked for his documents, Abrego Garcia explains that his driver’s license was expired and that he is waiting for immigration documents to renew it. He tells the officer the vehicle, which had a Texas license plate, belonged to his boss.

“Nothing illegal?” the trooper says.

“Nothing sir,” Abrego Garcia says.

“No drugs or anything?” the trooper asks.

Abrego Garcia replies, “Nothing, nothing illegal.”

The trooper then searches the car with a police canine. They do not appear to find anything suspicious, according to the video.

Other officers appear at the scene during the traffic stop. One trooper raised suspicions that Abrego Garcia was transporting undocumented immigrants to Maryland for money.

“You know what you got here, right? He’s hauling these people for money,” the trooper said. He pointed out that the SUV did not contain any luggage.

A redacted police report released to CNN by the highway patrol on Thursday did not address the troopers’ suspicions of human trafficking. It showed that Abrego Garcia’s Maryland license expired roughly two months before he was stopped in Tennessee.

When was he convicted of spousal abuse?
Do you HAVE to be convicted of something in order to have done it? How many women are abused every day who never report it? I suppose those men aren't committing any crimes.
