They talk about deporting MS13 and cartel gang members and claim that 15 million illegal immigrants came across the boarder during Biden’s administration but if you add up all the gangs in Mexico and South America combined they don’t add up to 200,000 members. Which means that the vast majority of people who crossed the boarder aren’t hardened gang members because even if every gang member in Mexico and South America came to the US, which they’d never do because they’d lose their foothold in their territory, they’d still only make up 1.3% of the 15 million who allegedly came here. None of what they’re actually saying adds up, but people just believe what they want which is why they continue to lie to the public.

Lie # 1: " He is an MS13 gang member.
Truth: Garcia has never lived in NY, where an unsubstantiated claim was made that he was a member there. He has no criminal record in the US or El Salvador.
Lie # 2: " He is an illegal alien"
Truth: He was granted withholding of removal to El Salvador. Withholding of removal is a legal status that protects an individual from being deported to a specific country where they face a likelihood of persecution.
Lie#3:" He was hiding from immigration"
Truth: He was living in Maryland with his wife and children, who are all U.S. citizens.
He was reporting to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) annually. He was an apprentice steel worker in plain sight.
Let us reason please.

He was then transferred to Centro Industrial prison in Santa Ana, one of the lowest security prisons in the country which is solely for “trusted” inmates who are preparing for release.

Asked why Mr Abrego Garcia was being held there, given the White House has claimed he is a member of MS-13 and Nayib Bukele, the president of El Salvador, had called him a “terrorist”, Mr Villatoro said: “We are receiving and asking for information [from the] US, because, remember, he committed [a] crime in [the] US, not in El Salvador.”

He added: “But the thing is, he is accused by the US government as a member of MS-13, so if we want to accuse him, we have to receive the whole proof that he is a member of MS.”

Pressed on whether this means right now that El Salvador is unsure whether Mr Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13, Mr Villatoro replied: “Yes, we are waiting for the evidence.”

Neither one of your sources rebuts him as an MS-13 gang member. They acknowledge and agree he IS an MS-13 gang member. You provided two additional sources that support his gang affiliation.

You seem behind the times. The Biden administration broke border laws and failed to properly vet millions and millions of people, while claiming to the public that the border was safe, secure, and closed. No one, not Trump or anyone else, ever claimed that the terrorists, gang and cartel members, Chinese men of military age, and hardened criminals were the majority of those people let in. If fact we know many of those coming in were victims, trafficked by the cartels for money. We don't know what happened to so many trafficked women and children, the Biden administration seemed to pay little attention to their fate. The border policies of the Democrats greatly enriched the criminal organizations, and with billions of dollars they have been able to gain a major foothold here in the U.S., with that kind of money recruits are no problem, they even have recruited a number of Americans. An analogy would be the billions of dollars released to Iran by the Biden administration, they now can fund the Houthis and other terrorist groups. Enough people saw through the lies of the Democrats and voted Trump in. From the beginning, and this has been an extremely transparent administration, holding numerous press conferences, the administration said that they would start with the worst of the gang members, etc. but that when they came across other illegals in their sweeps they would be arrested and deported. Sean Kennedy, a former federal public defender in California and now a Loyola Law School professor, said that in his experience representing and interacting with current and former MS-13 members, "The tattoos in the photo don't look familiar to me."

Such designs are out of character with typical MS-13 tattoos, Kennedy said.

"Within MS-13 culture, such markings would likely be frowned upon and even viewed as a sign of cowardice, as they could be interpreted as an attempt to hide or downplay gang affiliation," Kennedy said. "That type of concealment goes against the gang's norms, which often demand bold, visible demonstrations of identity and loyalty."

Charles Katz, director of Arizona State University’s Center for Violence Prevention and Community Safety, concurred.

"I have worked on issues related to MS-13 for the past 15 years in El Salvador and the U.S. and I have never seen tattoos or graffiti suggesting that these particular tattoos are associated with MS-13."

"While police gang experts often use so-called gang tattoos as circumstantial evidence of alleged gang involvement, in my experience, they never use tattoos alone as definitive evidence of gang affiliation," said David M.
