VHD in rabbits

one of my rabbits had a high fever and died sunday due to VHD and i was wondering how common this is.it came on suddenly with some odd movement and squealing.very upset to see her go without understanding alot of this.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Check with your local extension service or 4-H for more info they are usually county offices.

Yes, bunnies DO squeal when they die. =0( I had some babies go that way in my hands. I just think it's something bunnies do.
