Very vague scripture

Hi guys really sorry about this but I am trying to find a specific line of scripture from the old testament it is about god looking After his people and I believe it say something about like a father makes sure a son has everything he need or something to that effect. Can anyone help me? I think it maybe judges but I can't find it, I realise this is very vague and it is a long shot but if anyone knows will you please put me out of my misery because it is driving me crazy

There are over 1100 references to father in the bible. What do you remember about what this verse is trying to say. I can do searches in my computer bible program but need a little more to write the string search.

I think the Scripture you are looking for is actually in the New Testament and it is Jesus telling us that our heavenly Father gives us all that we need. Check Luke chapter 11 and Matthew chapter 7.

Hi guys thanks so much for your help, unfortunately we have not found the verse I am looking for. All tho it has been great reading all those scriptures!!
The one I am looking for is relation to the birth of a child and that god will provide. Still very vague I am sorry but thanks for all you time guys really apreseate it.

"And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba. And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs. Or maybe you're referring to the account involving Hannah and Samuel in I Samuel chapters 1 and 2?

Are you thinking of God's covenant with Abram/later renamed Abraham?

Genesis 15:1 After this, the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision:
