Numbers 23:19
19 God is not a man, that he should lie,
Neither the son of man, that he should repent:
Has he said, and will he not do it?
Or has he spoken, and will he not make it good?
Numbers 23:19

Peace in Him!

Verses out of context can be used in support of any number of heresies. That's why we must keep in the mind the principle of the analogy of faith. Scripture must always be interpreted in light of the rest of Scripture.Bulldog said:1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
As previously stated, individual verses can be taken out of context and used to support any opinion the writer wishes to express. All scripture should be read and understood in light of the whole.John 1:1-3
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God; 3 all things were made through him, and without him was not anything made that was made.
