Essentially, "The Latest Discussion" Box on the homepage has been updated. You can now click on the box or the link to go the LATEST post in a thread. Previously, you go to the NEWEST post that you have READ, not the LAST post.
Now it goes to the last post. That makes more sense!
If you click on the DOWN ARROW icon, you go to the FIRST post.
