I just hope they don't use a dull knife or sword on meA God who allows his beloved creation to suffer (eg. Holocaust) beyond imagination and without mercy could have indeed created the Universe. I just don't believe in a personal God that cares if kids get their heads chopped off. That's all.

It could be supported by the bible yes.LOL!!!! That's biblical.![]()
Marvelling is an interesting word in the NT.It could be supported by the bible yes.
2Co 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Rev 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb forever and ever.
Does it mean every creature except Satan?
Perhaps [more likely] satan is not a creature at all but a state of mind that will perish during the second death. Or perhaps Satan is a creature doing the job that God gave him, to tempt, test, teach and destroy as needed. there are many possibilites. But there is one thing which is certian being that there can never be a time when there is no more suffering if any creature is still suffering at that time.

In 2 Corinthians 11:14… with the way the word "marvel" is used by Paul, it's almost like he is saying, "It's no big surprise" that even Satan will be transformed into an angel of lightMarvelling is an interesting word in the NT.

I like the way he uses in Gala 1In 2 Corinthians 11:14… with the way the word "marvel" is used by Paul, it's almost like he is saying, "It's no big surprise" that even Satan will be transformed into an angel of light

Yes I know that it refers to false apostles and that it seems to mean that he can fool people into beleiving he is an angel of light. If fact he has fooled most Christains into beleiving exactly that [Lucifer ring a bell?]2Co 11 is referring to false apostles so you are using the verse out of context. There will be a time when all that believe (faith) will no longer suffer. As to those that chose not to accept the gift, the bible never claims that they will not suffer. Like CS Lewis so eloquently said, God will look at the believers telling God "thy will be done" and then God will look at the unbelievers and tell them "Thy will be done".

Your not reading the whole thing and as such your taking the verse out of context. True, 2 Co 11:14 is about false apostles. But it's about how even false apostles will transform into True Apostles of Christ. And in the same way...so will Satan ALSO be transformed into an Angel of Light.2Co 11 is referring to false apostles so you are using the verse out of context.
He even has a "face"2 Cor 11:13-15
13For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. 14And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.
it is also interesting that Paul titled himself the chief of all sinners and was converted in a flash, not by his will, not by someone preaching to him, not by supposedly accepting a free gift but by the power of God. He gives us a very clear example that when God decides for ssomeone to come over they will do so even the chief of all sinners. In 2 Corinthians 11:14 with the way the word "marvel" is used by Paul, it's almost like he is saying, "It's no big surprise" that even Satan will be transformed into an angel of light

What about the other verse I gave that says every creature will praise him? Is Satan a creature?
