I'm personally up to the back teeth with those refusing to get vaccinated and actually protesting about lockdowns when they are the ones that are perpetuating the situation.

Zero sympathy. And well done to the vast majority of emplyees who did the right thing for themselves, their company, their customers, their families, their friends and colleagues and society as a whole.

Kind of a Chinese view on social responsibility.

The alternatives to forcing people to take social responsibility is either for people to take responsibility voluntarily or to not take it voluntary, leaving everyone else to suffer.

And it appears that in western societies, voluntary just isn't going to cut it in this case.

Of course.

Western societies have much to learn about duty and
social responsibility.

Was a line in a popular series that, i guess, no one has seen.

Maybe I should I should have used battles instead....and specified that the wars Im referring to are not necessarily physical.

The employers made there choices and will have to deal with consequences as well......As do we, for our agreement or disagreement with what is happening.

For there are consequences for removing one from their job, because they did not do something, unrelated to the job, that we feel they should have done. And there are consequences for dismissing the feelings and suffering those that are fired will have to endure.

What “consequences” do you see that are likely to happen?

It is related to their job, since interacting with others in the workplace while unvaccinated has greater risk to contract and spread the disease among other employees and/or customers.

That's why mandatory vaccinations are a thing.

You will one day suffer, and have those around you behave as if it was your fault and you, somehow deserve to be in your predicament, even though you strongly believe that you do not.
