I personally am convinced that a man from Uganda has written an article on a coming metaphorical King Cyrus type of person who will play a significant role in bringing Christians and Jews and Moslems to a whole new level of mutual respect and understanding. The fulfillment of Ezekiel chapters 40 to 48.....on the time line that has been determined by Rabbi Jesus/Yehoshua and HaShem/The G-d of Abraham wants it to happen on has the potential to play a significant role in eventually bringing the Abrahamic religions together!

Cyrus II is coming to revive the evangelical/Pentecostal church in Jerusalem and restore the headquarters of the church in same city where the church was born. He is set to strip Babylon of the vessels of the temple and the name of the Lord God and transfer that crown back to Jerusalem thus leaving Babylon naked. Cyrus II will rebuild the temple in honour of our lord Jesus Christ. The temple will be the unifying (rallying) point of the world wide evangelical church as the original headquarters of the church. Psalms133 denotes that there is such a powerful anointing that comes along with unity among brethren. Unification of the whole body of Jesus Christ will make the church so powerful that she will overrun the world within a short time before the return of our lord Jesus Christ. A divided church is a powerless church whereas a united church is a powerful church. The church can only be able to fulfil her ultimate mission of revealing Jesus to the world once we get united as one body of Jesus Christ following his last prayer for his disciples as written in John 17:20-23.

Cyrus II will erase that false image of Jesus that the counterfeit and Idolatrous state church of Babylon has been projecting around the world and revive the original church that projects the true brilliant image of Jesus Christ. Haggai 2:9 says that the glory of the latter church (temple) will be greater than the glory of the former church (temple).The rise of Cyrus will also usher in the ultimate fulfilment of the prophecy of Joel 2:28 where God intends to pour out His Spirit on all flesh in these last days. I am really glad to be discussing all this with another person from Florida....I am of the opinion that it is theoretically possible to save not only Miami, but even New Orleans!!! Crudo89, you and I would disagree over whether or not we humans came from naked apes in Africa because I believe firmly that evolutionary theory should be taken back essentially infinite time to fit with the Cyclic Model and postulated to also fit with String Theory, (the existence of 11 or 26 unseen dimensions of space-time)!

My wife is from Quito, Ecuador so I heard a lot of amazing things about this area of the world. The first time that I heard about amazing longevity was actually a documentary done back in the 1970's. This explanation may help you to know how Jewish baby boomers can live extremely healthy lives of well over one century.

In 1982, Dr. Morton Walker arrived in Vilcabamba to investigate the cell mineralization of the local residents and its relationship with genetÌcs and the natural environment. Though Dr. Walker was not in Vilcabamba for very long, he managed to pinpoint numerous very interesting facts that establish the direction of future research here. For a long time there had been some controversy over whether the supposed longevity in Vilcabamba was due to genetic factors. Since this area has been renowned in Ecuador and Peru for many generations as a sacred place where old people abound, some scientists were sure that it must be a gene that was responsible.
Morton Walker took hair samples from the nape of numerous residents of various ages. These samples were carbonized and analysis was performed in a California lab.

The results showed exactly why the folks of Vilcabamba have healthy, long lives. When examining the data on children, one finds the kind of random mineralization that is common everywhere and is mostly due to genetic variation. Actually, I am convinced that the room for variation, for Jesus/Yehoshua to make future events astonishingly positive, is amazing!

I've seen evidence from some studies in parapsychology that the resurrection of Ezekiel 37 is not merely a one time event but actually happens again and again and again and again, until the full plan of God for each of us has been worked out and the Ancient of Days is happy with the result!

Time, actually ends up looking like a menorah rather than as straight line and God leads people to a mental, spiritual, emotional state of humility and salvation and love and faith and hope and joy, in later branches of time who did not respond to God in a previous branch of time!

My wife and I viewed a film last week that indicates to me that God is moving in our time line to bring all of us out from under the rule of CANCER.....much as eleven tribes of Israel were brought out of slavery in Egypt.

I think when we put aside our differences, mankind will prosper.

It's 2013 and we still have some societies where people get killed on a daily basis, and everyone is angry about one thing or another.

Third world problems.

I don't think a one world government is the answer though.

There are countries in this world that help civilization move forward(US), and there's countries in the world who are stuck in the 20th century and even further back than that(North Korea). I guess it's true what they say. Misery loves company. But someone's gotta pull the dead weight right?

I did this myself as best as I could in 1990 and I have went through one of the most unusual transformations that I have ever seen in my life. And I have seen a case where a good friend had such extreme people phobia that as he visited his dad who was in the hospital.....and came to an elevator......the elevator door opened......a group of people came out.....and he fainted to the floor!!!

A few years later I saw him sitting...with his beautiful new bride..... in the middle.....THE MIDDLE....of a crowd of over 1000 people at the Worldwide Church of God Festival of Tabernacles in Charlottetown P. E. I. (probably around 1982 - '85)???!!

I Eat Pie, I completely agree with you that a one world government organized by politicians is almost certainly NOT the best answer to the world's problems.......but the Cyrus prophecies are probably going to be fulfilled somehow or another so we should pray to be given wisdom such as Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah had because there is a time to refuse to obey authority....and there is another time when refusing to obey authority is based on self-righteousness or a feeling of having knowledge....that may not be from God at all?????!!!

One of the most ethical actions conducted by any nation over these past fifty years is the rescue of the Ethiopian Falasha Jews by the IDF!

Interestingly enough, it was skeptics, agnostics and atheists who were most vocal in support of the idea of sending the Israel Air Force to rescue the Falasha Jews, take them to Israel, and give them Israeli citizenship!!!

In the afternoon the Sahara Desert may be 40 Celcius or higher, by the next morning that same area can be near the freezing point. Why? Well, because a desert has no plant cover nothing keeps the heat in. It dissipates rapidly into the atmosphere.

"Therefore, the less vegetation you have on the planet, the more sunlight is
being turned into heat and the warmer the planet becomes. This is very critical
because warmer and dryer winds dry out other land areas faster decreasing the
vegetation on those land areas. Less humidity in the air also reflects less sun
light back out into space so that more sun light strikes the earth and more heat
is generated.

The truth is that you can do more to decrease global warming by
just reducing the average temperature for the Sahara Desert by one or two degrees than if we humans completely quit using fossil fuels and returned to the cave.

So, how would you start working to resolve this problem?

Easy, cool the deserts and get some vegetation growing on them as soon as possible. But the method is much more complex than that. You have to use the prevailing trade winds in relation to the deserts to get the best results as quickly as possible
and it will be extremely expensive.

Then we build desalination plants along the coast near these water sheds and pipe water to the tops or ridges of the water sheds
