Let me first talk about homosexuality, but I also am going to talk a little bit about politics.
Homosexuality is a sin according to God's law given through Moses shown in the book of Leviticus. God has made man and He has made woman, not just for reproducing. There is to be a husband and there is to be a wife. The husband is to be the head over the wife, and the wife is to submit to her husband in that Godly coming together. The marriage between a man and a woman is symbolic of that between Christ and His Bride, which is the Church. Christ Jesus is the head and husband of the Church. The Church is Christ's Bride whom He loves and protects as according to scripture. It has been set up this way by God, and not a man and man, or a woman and a woman. There are certain tasks for the man and the woman that they must be together to do.
I could get real deep into that, but I see an even bigger problem rising. I'm actually going to talk about two things, politics, and humanism.
I notice here, especially in these forums, (Which is why I'm posting here) that people are dividing themselves. I see liberals bashing conservatives, and conservatives bashing liberals. I'm gonna be quite blatant when I say this, politics do not belong in the Church. They cause division and they need to get out. It's pollution. If I got Christ in me, and so do you, then according to scripture, we are one. We are one Body. Do you know what Christ prayed? He asked the Father in heaven that He would make His Bride one, like Him and His Father are. Now, if that didn't happen, then Christ's prayer was not answered. However, I do not believe that. I believe it was answered, and the true problem with this is that a lot of people who are claiming to be Christians, aren't actually Christians at all. I'm talking about the ones who will hear, "I never knew you, depart from Me you evil worker of iniquity." Jesus said that that would be many.
I'm going to ask you to examine yourselves. Read 1st John. If you want to know if your saved, if you've claimed Christ as your savior, then read that epistle, because that's exactly what John wrote it for. Many of you are on the broad path to hell. You must repent your sins. You know why I say that? Because of a lot of you aren't seeking God's will, but your own. You're not seeking what God wants, but instead, what makes you happy. No where in scripture does it say to seek happiness. No where in scripture does it say to do whatever makes you happy. That's humanism, not Christianity. But guess what? humanism has been so ingrained into us in America, Europe, Australia, and some in other parts of the world, that it's now mixed in with "christian" teachings. Let me tell you something, humanism is probably the biggest antichrist philosophies in history.
What is humanism? humanism puts man, his achievements, his happiness, his life, etc. before God. It becomes about how we want to live, instead of how God wants us to live. It becomes setting goals for our life, instead of seeking God's will for our life. It becomes "whatever makes you happy," instead of "whatever glorifies God." Let me tell you something, whether we go to heaven or not, we are to glorify God. If we must be crushed so God can be glorified, then so be it. It is not about how happy you are. It is not about your success and achievements. It is not about self-esteem and health. It's about glorifying God on this Earth. We are to give up all to Christ and surrender completely to Him. Recognize that you will most likely lose a lot of stuff. Why do I say that? Because before you become saved, you a disgusting creature who feeds on sin and lives in darkness. But, when you truly become saved, you are made a new creature and therefore can not eat the stuff you ate before without puking it up. When you are saved, God is going to take all the worldy, unGodly stuff out of your life. Anything that gets in the way of God's will, will be removed. The life of a true Christian is not an easy one. No where in scripture does ever say it'd be and easy one. In fact, Jesus said it would be a narrow one. Christ said that the world lives in darkness and they hate the light, and when the light came into the world, the world hated it, so they sought to get rid of it. We are to be bearers of the light of Christ. We are to be lamps shining brightly the light of Christ. However, some of us a bit too dusty with a really dim light. That dust is our will, our sins, our pride, etc. We are to die to self and let Christ some in us. Not leave sin, and make a little room for Christ. Jesus said that whoever dies of His sake, will find life. This is a reality that we must live in our lives. We are to give up our lives for Christ. We are to stop worrying about how happy we are, how much reputation we have, etc. Again, that's humanism, not Christianity.
So guys, do have a relationship with who you think you should be with. Seek God's will of who He wants you to be with. And guess what, it may not seem like such a great thing. But God has reason for it. Perhaps they have an ungodly area in their lives that you despise. Well, then that's a chance to work with them on that area, and you'll probably need correction too. A man and woman are to work with each other on this and love each other.
So, to sum it up, stop seeking your own will. Stop seeking what makes you happy. Start seeking Christ and His will. Scripture tells us that this world is dying, but those that do the will of the Father in heaven will have eternal life. Let Him lead your paths. He's the only one who knows what's best for you. His will is the only one that is right. If you are going by your own will, then that is the spirit of antichrist and you may not be saved.

And guys, please, I did not write this to debate, but to correct. Let's not make this a heresy or a 'school of opinion.'
