understanding

I have a very mild case of bi-polar, I lead a normal life. The problem is I don't really understand why I'm like this. It really hurts me, that I go from very sweet to mean and whiney in a second. I am scared I'll hurt the few friends I have. The worse harm I do to them is threating to kill myself when I'm sad. I can't really afford a doctor right now, so all I been doing is praying. I seem to be going through a good spell, and I pray I keep going through good spells. I really hate scaring and upseting people.

all relationships have ups and valleys. it's good to take care of your friends and good to work through the tough spells. you are sweet to think of them.

God draws us near. we are blessed. with growth we learn ways to better manage our lives and illnesses. you will always have us to love you and be shoulders for your head.

Thank you, I shall visit it. This illness is new to me, and there is alot I don't know. Before I became a christian I was A little wild and sometimes very cold, but GOD changed me alot. I still deal with feeling angry and sad for no reason, but I feel I'm getting a little bit better. I think getting saved really helped me. I just wish I could undo alot of the damage I done.
