Lets see... some fundie christians wouldnt help somone suffering from exhaustion, let alone DO THEIR JOB to help him, because they disagree with his morals. Yet paramedics every day help HIV infected cracked out prostitues without thinking twice. Slight double standard?
If there was a way to find these paramedics, I would bet my life savings and all future earnings for the rest of my life that they unflinchingly voted bush.

All this because they are 'christian', showing an AMAZING witness to everybody who was there or has heard this story about how we should be like Jesus and NOT help someone in need no matter what.

Marilyn is a brilliant artist. May not play well with others, but that doesn't deter the fact that he is a musical genius. Give him a song and he'll cover it and make it 10 times better.

with the exception of "Personal Jesus." That was a bad song to begin with... he made it 5 times worse.

Listen, I'm not saying their actions were right OR justified, actually, quite the contrary, but please, PLEASE tell me WHERE in that journal entry it said those paramedics were Christians. It said that they told him they didn't agree with his morals. That DOES NOT equate Christianity. I know tons of non-Christians that think the guy is vile. That doesn't mean they're Christians.

Enlighten me.

I think I did hear somewhere he was made an official preist, if not member, of Satanist church. I also remember him saying, "I am Christians' best friend. I give them something to complain about at church on Sunday." However, I highly doubt he is the antichrist.

I'm also certain many Christians read the bible and listen to Marilyn. However, they're mind is not mushy enough and their heart filled with enough fear to let it affect them and their faith. You could take a lesson from them.

I believe Manson is an athiest. He doesn't believe in any kind of god, Jesus, Satan, Buddah, or whatever.

The actual beliefs of Satanism is not the worship of Satan, but the act of living life to please yourself, whether that is sex, drugs, whatever. Not sacrificing animals to Satan (since they don't believe he exists).. or having weird cult meetings.. or anything like that.

So I would not be at all surprised to hear that he had "priesthooded" in Satanism... probably more to shock everyone than to actually align himself with the lifestyle (not that he doesn't follow it...)

Rochester District Judge Julie Nicholson, of the 52nd District Court, was asked to disqualify Clarkston District Judge Gerald McNally. Prosecutors argued that McNally should be disqualified because he suggested he would fine Manson $2,000 on two misdemeanor charges.

Prosecutors said Monday they likely won't appeal Nicholson's ruling. Defense attorney Walter Piszczatowski said his client will likely plead to the misdemeanor and be done with the case.

"It's the correct ruling," Piszczatowski told The Oakland Press in Pontiac for a Tuesday story.

Manson was arrested after a July 30 performance at DTE Energy Music Theatre. Prosecutors allege that he assaulted a security guard there by rubbing his genitals against the guard's neck.

In December, the charges were reduced from fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and assault and battery to disorderly conduct — punishable by up to 90 days in jail.

How would you know?

Obviously you've never been to a Manson concert.

I assume he is your favorite music performer but you cannot justify his wicked acts just because you love him.

Brian Warner is not against God, he's against religion. He was raised as an Episcopalian and went to Heritage Christian School in Canton, Ohio. It was mostly because of the way he was treated going to a Christian school as a child that he was become the man that he is today.

however, in my experience, the only Satanists who do the ritualistic stuff are misguided teens who want to rebell against authority and organized religion.

Pagans and other cults (who would contain a more "mature" crowd) would also do various ritualistic things, but they wouldn't think they're doing it for satan, but "the god of the air" or "the god of burt tire" or something equally ridiculous.

I stood side stage for Ozzfest for MM on their Guns, God and Government tour for 3 nights. Nothing I would object to went on those nights. Play music, a few costume changes, and it was done.

I know his tour manager, so ya, I hit the road with them for 3 ozzfest stops. Having sat in the back of his bus a couple times on the trip to chat with twiggy and MM, occasionaly ginger and john5 in a group context, and I can say he is harmless. A nice guy who is definately who he is today because of how he was treated at his christian school. Mostly a big show, a personification for his shows/albums. I can say I spoke with a man named Brian Warner those nights, nothing MM about him in unguarded conversation.

And ya, he IS anathema to christians ears, he gives you all something to talk about for sure.

Just some questions about what I have seen on tv. On tv they have to behave to a certain degree. What do you really think he is doing back stage?
He is a music star, has a lot of money and money talks. Those with money can get away with murder.

I have seen people do far worse than MM on a given night.

I assume he is your favorite music performer but you cannot justify his wicked acts just because you love him. If he makes a mistake he should have to deal with the consequences. That is the problem with the judicial system because money talks. Just because he is rich he shouldn't be above the law.

How is this relevant? What did he do that he is 'above the law'? He isnt snoop dogg and get off on murder charges.

It is ashame that the power in this world is based on how much money you have versus how kind or compassionate someone is.

Blah blah.. wahhhhhhhhh.. life is unfair. Get over it. NFL players make 100 times what teachers who teach our children do. Good people die and bad people live. Jarshwoo gets on his soapbox on forums and marilyn manson plays sold out arenas.

I've always thought Marilynn Manson was this fake, marketed product, whose only agenda was to "shock" your parents and old ppl. I don't think he's much different from Britney Spears or any other pop star. They're both meant to serve the same purpose but with different sounds and to a different crowd.
Marilyn just seems to be a little bit less perky, that's all.
