Now I've been drunk three times.
I would never, ever, endorse under-aged drinking, excessive partying and behavior that would make a libertine blush in college.

i know over here u can drink in the home at 16Ok, so when talking to friends in college should this be a topic I should be bringing up? I don't think any of them would try to get drunk, but we are required to obey the laws of the country...
Also: I've heard so many variations of the law, like you can drink at home or at a private residence, is this true?
Over here I think there is no limit. They just let the neglect/abuse laws cover it. I think.
