The Lord is good to me. I've been through a lot of tribulation. I find peace and rest.

I was in a terrible battle zone
In my soul, where i inwardly groan

I was burdened beyond measure
On every side, I felt the pressure

Like a bird, I grew wings and flew away
Into the kingdom and a brand new day

Lord, my heart sings like a lonely bird
I meditate in peace on your word

I'm weary of conflict. Let me fly away
Let my feet find rest where I will stay

Be my hiding place, and my king
Let me have peace in everything

Hide me under the protection of your wings
Hear me, O Lord, as my heart sings

I like to write little poems. Once in a while I write one that I really like.

When i am poor, broken, and contrite
You're my love and my morning light

Shining compassion and tender mercy
From your goodness, the darkness will flee

You're my teacher, my Savior and King
You're my shepherd. You're my everything

You lead me beside still waters in a peaceful meadow
Hear my song, Lord, and never let go

I started building a blacksmithing tool out of steel that I have laying around. I ran out of mig welding tips though and need to get more tips. I go through those frequently. I'm not the best welder and it's mostly in my poor technique I believe..

But I got started. I'm thankful. I've wanted to do this all winter. I've waited patently and I went through some difficult things as well. I need to focus my mind on this hobby to get it off of negative things. I need to heal I think.

It's all I have. I need to grow a garden as well but I'm not sure if I'm up to that task. Tilling the ground takes more strength than I have right now. I start out slow and build strength hopefully. God willing.

I don't know what TD Jake's sees or teaches but I'm afraid alright. I don't speak in tongue but I see darkness and it scares me. I hope i got out. Like psalms 130 I hope

In the darkness obscured
The battle lines are blurred

He is mighty and bears the sword
Victory belongs to the Lord

I don't know who is enemy or friend
I follow Jesus until the end

Hold my shield and do not yield
Hope in the Lord on the battlefield

I feel like I'm running from myself. Or I want to. I'm not what I want to be in Christ. The world is my enemy as well.

In your spirit, help me sow
Give me songs like the sparrow

Forever redeemed in your love
Let me be harmless as a dove

Lift me high above the warfare and struggle
Let me fly with the wings of an eagle

You gave me hope when I was broken
You took me in when I was forsaken

I'm alone, and i have only my Lord
Only you can save me. You're my shield and sword

In you alone, I find peace, and my foot finds rest
Who can condemn me? Not one is righteous

Where is the teacher and the wise man? He is a fool
He lives in simplicity by a golden rule

Help me see and meditate on you.
You are the light of life, and you are true

Help me to understand and obey
Your law is on my heart, and thus, i pray

If i fail, please forgive and help your servant
My heart is contrite and fervent

I am thankful for the lamp that you lit
You are a warm fire for my weary spirit

I want to dissappear from the world around me. I pray for God's help to bless my mind and my hands. The world only seeks to hurt me.

No one cares about me in reality. They just tell me to get help and go away. I'm trash to them. I'm like a disease
