Please pray for me. I am so angry and I don't even know what to do with myself. I don't have any appetite and food just disgusts me right now. Everything angers me, and I have terrible thoughts of hurting others and being mean.

If you are feeling angry about yourself and others, think about the enormous and vast love that God has for you. Open up your heart to Him, share your hurt and your pain with Him. He is gentle with you. He loves you more than you could ever imagine. He has plans to prosper and not to harm you, to give you a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord we pray you help Lybrah get over this anger at this time. Sometimes we are just overwhelmed by it all. Give her peace by the end of the day. In Jesus name, Amen.

BE ANGRY, AND [yet] DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger, [Eph 4:26 NASB]

Can happen to the best of us.

I pray you will be given insight and wisdom and peace. It takes hard and continued practice, but I have found that getting off the hamster wheel with angry thoughts will eventually, without you even having to try for it, lead to forgiveness, not to mention peace. Angry thoughts have been shown to be very toxic to the health, btw.

Father in Jesus name, I pray for Lybrah to have your peace. I ask that any unresolved anger would be brought to You Father. Matthew 6:12 says "forgive us our debts as we also have forgiven our debtors". As you forgive us Father, we are able to let go and forgive people who have wronged us. I ask that you would bring an understanding of Your mercy and justice to Lybrah, and how to walk before you without anger, but in Your love Father, in Jesus name. Amen

I pray for you that every thought will be brought into obedience to the Lord Jesus who gave his life for you.
