The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Father God loves you tremendously. He knows and understands all your pains. It is actually His choice to have mercy on you. God chose to give you faith, it is not you that made the choise but He that gives you the faith. (I have sent a downloaded document to you regarding this matter.)
He understands all your feelings, experiences and everything about you (This I have also sent you a document via email).
It's not our natural human capacity to forgive or forget. We can't do it on our own, but the Lord in us can (I also email my blog- a successful strategy I used to tackle my problems). Jesus really makes me a whole new being. I suffered a lot and long since puberty. God really acts fast. Christ freed me from all bondages swiftly and completely. I really hope you receive and see the truth and live out the life of Christ. our problems are not the same, but if your medicines dont give you a cure, Christ as the ultimate source of all blessings, is sure able to. This is not a choice of God, for victory is up to us to choose whether to surrender to Christ or not.
maybe you can raise a dog. dogs are loyal and they arent like human, for human can do you bad for your goodness and care, but dog loves you back for your love. they care about you and connect with you. they know you love them.
i recommend you sermons of dr charles stanley (intouch.org), his podcasts, radio & tv; gochristfellowship.com; and there are many other good ones. and you know more about God, and have a deeper connection with the Holy Spirit, and as you live in the Lord, you will be able to discern a church and pastors.
there are loving people. i knew many loving people in your country. i was very impressed and touched by them. give the Lord a chance to take over you and break the bondages in you. you really need to get in a Christ church to associate with people with good faith in the Lord. people that love the Lord will also love you. seek guidance from the Lord and just trust Him. dont just look to friends of opposite sex.
attend churches frequently with a heart that seeks the Lord, thirst for His word, and He will reveal Himself to you. after all, God is the only one that you can count on forever. and as you break your distance with Him, He will lead you to a whole new spiritual world, and you will realise that nothing else really matters. Jesus is enough. He is really everything. God has a unique plan for everyone of us. We are all parts of the body of Christ with our unique functions. Seek internally (to the Lord), because we have been given more than enough in Christ. Now we are just taking things out of Christ for use, we have no extra needs or requests that are not being fulfilled in Christ.
God bless you and i love you and care for you very much. and so do a vast of our brothers and sisters in Christ. May you find good Christian fellows to communicate and exchange to give you edification and strength in Christ. to relate to christian fellows is a must for you to grow in Christ. still these are all external, the most important is to follow Christ, keep an intimate touch with Him and grow in the Lord always. may the Lord give you love and joy!
