If the professor on Gilligan's Island can make a radio out of a coconut, why can't he fix a hole in a boat?

This brings up many more questions...

Why did the Howells and Ginger bring so many clothes on a 3 hour tour?

How did Gilligan's, the Skipper's and the Professor's clothes last so long?

Where is MaryAnne getting all the sugar for all those coconut cream pies?

Where is MaryAnne getting the oven to BAKE those pies?

Why would ANYONE ask Gilligan to hold anything fragile ever again after the first few times he dropped, cracked and demolished anything remotely important? (ex. the radio, making it necessary for the Professor to make one out of coconuts)

Where did they find a post-hole digger? They HAD to have had one to make those hut posts sturdy enough to hold up SKIPPER'S hammock!

How did the Skipper GAIN weight on that deserted island? Oh, sorry... I forgot about MaryAnne's pies.

Does the light in the fridge go off when you close the door?

Zero degrees is 273.15 Kelvin, so for it to be twice as cold it would be 136.575 Kelvin (which is -136.575 degrees Celsisus). ;)

Actually, the first was originally a British saying, the second an American one and, according to today's exchange rate, 1 (GB) penny = 2 (US) cents!!

0.01 GBP = 0.0204682 USD
