• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Unanimous!

I am surprised. There were no shocking twists or turns.
It was almost a letdown. I can see why they let it go on so long, it wouldn't have been a show had it ended the second week.
I think they even told that guy to vote against Steve.
Ah well, never again!!
I thought they should've given it all to the announcer man in the box.

 Bah, Humbug!!!

They have got to be kidding!

I agree - waste of time - big time!

I really, Really, REALLY hope that is the bitter end of that stupid show.

I know...

It was all an experiment to make a reality show that was really boring and lame and see IF we'd still watch the stinker!

Ah yes! They just wanted to measure the pulling power of the American Idol results show.

"If the masses will watch this.... they WILL watch anything!" :p

The joke, dear CF folks, is on US!

Bah!

to be honest, I really wasn't watching very closely, I was still in shock about Chris and was in the AmericanIdol boards. I didn't miss too much last night.

BEWARE of the cheesy shows that come on after the AI results show!!!

It was strange that Adam was so angry & insane before the vote. Then afterwards he was a totally different person.

It was almost as if they skipped a few shows & just aired the finale. They all agreed on Tarah so quickly & easily in such a short period of time.

I didn't watch it every week but it seemed like alot of aggravation for nothing.

Yeah, it was!

Well, they were told that this was the FINAL vote, but I don't know what was supposed to happen if they still weren't unanimous.

Did anyone notice this?

Every other time that they voted, the host would tell them to vote, lock the balls and vote now.

This time, he told them to do the first steps and then - hold it out and wait for him. - Huh??? why do they have to wait? If one of them happened to drop it a second or two before the others, so what? Having your vote received first or last wouldn't make any difference.

And then, Adam, said wait and supposedly changed his vote. Well maybe yes, maybe no.

So yeah, waste of time. But it was a detail I noticed that was odd.

I think the whole ending was either staged, or they skipped episodes to get to the end of the show. Adam made no sense in his actions. First he's saying he'd rather die than give Tarah his vote since she sold him out twice, and then he changes his mind and votes for her? Nuh-uh. We've been bamboozled!

Yeah, I agree!

Don't know if you saw my earlier post thinking that this was to prove the pulling power of the AI results show.

People will watch anything that follows it.

I noticed things like that the entire run of the show. People would be adamant about their opinion, then suddenly act the exact opposite, and offer a weak explanation for the change.
