[Kehaar]

Hi all

I feel I go on about this so my apologies if anyone is sick of it by now lol.

I've noticed that there are regularly posts about conferences/concerts/events on this board. I like hearing about these things and I'm sure others do too, so I was wondering if it was possible to make this a 'Sticky' and people can add events to it as they happen?

While I'm at it, I thought I might mention Prayer for the City in Glasgow.

There are services this Sunday at 7pm in the following churches if anyone is interested in coming along

Bearsden Baptist Church, Roman Road, Bearsden.

I don't like having stickys. If threads deserve to stay at the top they will. Although sometimes it is necessary to have a thread as a sticky e.g. a prayer chain.

However it is a good idea to have a thread like that and this may even be worthy of being a sticky (the power of second thoughts!)

Anyway can someone please motivate me to do some work instead of being on here lol.

That maybe a good idea, but people need to remember that there are websites around that do already list events, as well as those who will happily take submittions of all your christian events.

If you want to know about alot of events try
http://www.christianevents.info
www.christianevent.info

If you want to submit a smaller event, or big event for a listing how about:

www.thegoodnews.co.uk

They break things down into area, so its easier to find what you want and smaller events get more publicity. You can also sbmit news items if you want to.

There are alot of others as well, and I think its worth promoting these ventures, because they help the church communicate, and afterall we are all supposed to be one body.
