I actually ate too much today and I am determined not to puke it up.
I so want to get some laxatives right now, drink the whole bottle and simply get rid of it.
I gained a few pounds, no numbers, but I feel like a fat lard butt. I feel soft and gross.
I just wish I could have a normal relationship with food. I cannot though. It's not possible.
I began this when I was 14 and it has never stopped.

Catlover. It is possible to have a healthy relationship with food. It just takes time - a lot of time - and effort - to get there. But it's possible. I've been struggling with my ED since I had just turned seventeen (as in, a month after I turned seventeen it started) and now things are evening out a bit, after relatively intense treatment and care under a nutritionist. (And therapist, and NP...) Are you in any tx programs, or seeing anyone for help? because I would highly recommend that... of course.
