Let's say, hypothetically, that the two state solution becomes a thing, so that Israel and Palestine are separate countries.

Would such a thing occurring refute dispensationalism and its view of Israel as a fulfillment of biblical prophecy?

Interesting question, could you clarify what do you mean by "its view of Israel as a fulfillment of biblical prophecy"?

What do you think is its view?

Basically, does the modern nation of Israel count as a restoration of Israel as told by the OT? If it isn't, does it still play eschatological significance?

Like, does God still have plan for the Jewish people and the modern state of Israel?

I would say the current nation of Israel that we see has no special significance in God's eyes. It is like any gentile nation.

But once you see the Body of Christ being raptured, you will begin to see an Israel that God will resume his kingdom program with.

So based on that, if your scenario happens, there will be no impact on the dispensationalist view.

That's pretty much what I believe. I don't think modern Israel itself is necessarily the true Israel stated in the Bible, but I do think it will be grafted back in, so to speak.

Yes, that is why whenever I hear my senior pastor telling us things like, "When we bless the current nation of Israel, we get blessed", I always roll my eyes.

My church even has a travel agency that specifically organizes all those tours to Israel for its members ;)

Gen 12:3 reads , And I will bless them that BLESS thee , and CURSE him that CURSETH THEE , and in thee SHALL all the families of the EARTH be blessed .

#1 Some will say it in the OT , yes it is .

#2 And I will BLESS / BARAK and its stem is PIEL which means TO BLESS and is in the IMPERFECT TENSE and in the SINGULAR ,

and the IMPERFECT TENSE means Israel will be blessed many times .

#2 And Christ will CURSE / ARAR and is in the QAL , to make known , also in the IMPERFECT TENSE and means Christ will CURSE those that curse Israel as many times as necessary .

#3 And BLESS/ BARAK is i n NIPHIL and means to be blessed and in the PERFECT TENSE , and is PLURAL and means that Israel will be BLESSED by God many times and never stop .

What do you thnk ??

Well that was when Israel was still a favored nation in the eyes of God.

Now, they have fallen, the current Israel we see on the map has no relationship with God.

Maybe I just don't know all the details,
I don't see at all how Israel and Palestine being separate countries would change any prophecy of Scripture at all, ever .
I even thought/think they are already separate countries ?

I meant 2 Cor 3:15-16 we see that Christ is still hearing any Jew that reads Moses , the covering is taken away and can be saved >

And SHALL BE SAVED / PERIAIREO is in the PRESENT TENSE , PASSIVE VPICE and in the INDICATIVE MOOD and in the SINGULAR and that means Jews are being saved even today , one by one , in the SINGIULAR .

Well the straightforward explanation is that anyone now, Jews or Gentiles, can turn to Christ to receive salvation.

And in post #7 is the HREBREW word BLESS / BARAK and is in the HREBREW PERFECT TENSE and is in the PLURAL and PLURAL means many blessing that do not stop .

The Heb PERFECT TENSE means that Israel will be blessed from their beginning to there END ,
