Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel,
but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works,

Turning On The LIGHT
I walk into a room and it’s dark.
I can hardly see the people in the room because of the darkness.
I don’t understand why some people want to stay in the dark.
They tell me that it’s comfortable in the dark.
The people that like the dark usually spot me
and accuse me of wanting to turn on the light.
It’s true, but I always wonder how they know that I want to.
I used to like to be in the dark and I agree that it was comfortable,
but now I know different.
I see how much safer it is in the light.
I know where I am going and I see what not to run into.
Many people do not want to avoid the things
that they run into in the dark.
Usually, if I start talking about turning on the light,
I get a lot of negative feedback.
“There he goes, again.”
“Doesn’t he know that we like the dark.”
“Why does he always think that we want him to turn on the light.”
“Who made him the official light turn on-er.”
“Why don’t you go to your own room and turn on the light there.”
“We want it dark!”
They love the dark and hate the light.
I love the light.
So, I have learned that it is best not to talk
about turning on the light - too much.
I’ve learned to just walk into a room and turn on the light.
Some people, in the dark, don’t mind if I turn on the light,
as long as I don’t shine it directly on them.
And as I walk in the light, some still try to find dark areas,
but others will try a little bit of the light.
A lot of times, some of them start wanting to stay in the light
and ask to learn how to turn on the light.
I direct them, to the light, by asking them to ask for the light
and then I give them the written instructions to the light.

YHSHWH is the LIGHT of the world.
HE LIVES in me so, I AM the LIGHT of the world.
I turn on the LIGHT by LIVING the LIGHT,
not just by telling others about it.
YHSHWH’S HOLY WRITTEN WORD (HIS INSTRUCTIONS of LIFE)
sounds like foolishness to an unbeliever,
but to ONE WHO LIVES the LIGHT (YHSHWH),
YHSHWH’S WORD SHINES/LIVES through that ONE.
That ONE knows that YHSHWH’S WRITTEN WORD
is his mirror.
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only,
deceiving your own selves.
For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer,
he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way,
and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
JAS 1:22-24
When that ONE shines the LIGHT,
some will see the LIGHT
and want the LIGHT in them.
LIVE like YHSHWH’S SON/DAUGHTER
and YOU will draw HIS PEOPLE to HIM.
