I've never heard of that as a sign one way or the other. People pay attention to the cervical mucous to signal ovulation, but after ovulation, they're usually watching temperatures.

i just asked a girl who is pregnant, she said its more than usual and watery... she said its like when she is having O.

As for me - I got all of my results back - and I will be starting on met.formin tonight. Apparently hubby & I both have insulin resistance.

At least you have something you can do about it now - that's good news! I hope this is the only thing hindering you and you end up preggo soon!!

I'm so glad to see at least two people in here "thinking" they could be pg!! I don't think we've had that in awhile. It starts to get depressing when we don't get good news. I really hope you both get a BFP - your babies would just about share a birthday!!

Well my temps dropped this morning

BUUUUUUUUUUUT According to fertility friend it could be an implantation dip *tries not to get her hopes up*

The term implantation dip is often used to refer to a luteal phase dip that occurs around the time of expected implantation (7-10 days past ovulation). While this pattern does not always result in pregnancy, the term is often used because of the timing of the dip and because this pattern appears with greater frequency on pregnancy charts than non-pregnancy charts.

I'nm far from an expert but it looks like you may ovulate soon... It's really hard to tell since there is no period on there.

sometimes i skip a month, sometimes i skip 3 months, sometimes i don't skip. its crazy!

You should probably see your doctor about that...

I would say if you don't either get your period of a BFP by Monday I would call your doctor for a blood test.

It could very well be, given her PCOS, that SweetBella hasn't ovulated, and that's why she's late for her period. With my PCOS and its accompanying lack of ovulation, I haven't had a period since Sept 15th, and while I have great cervical mucous today, chances are that isn't a sign of anything promising. :/

are any of you on metformin for your PCOS?

I started taking it last night.

I'm on Metformin, although I get into these jags where I forget that I'm on Metformin. I need to get myself back onto my full dose. I'm prescribed 1500 mg.

I sometimes have stomach upset issues when I take it. Generally, I've found that they fade after a couple of weeks or so.

My last cycle was anovulory - I'm hoping that metformin does the trick for me.

Not yet. Then again, I don't think I've ever ovulated regularly; my menstrual issues date back to when I was a teenager.

I've got a prescription for Clomid sitting in my desk drawer, but I haven't been brave enough to get it filled yet.
