My temp dropped waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down and I tested and of course got a BFN. I don't even think progesterone will save me now

I am so so so so so frustrated

How do you ladies deal with this AND work? It seems like with every passing month, I jsut want to bury myself in a hole and not come out.

I'm so sorry!! It IS frustrating - and you said it exactly right. AF showed for me yesterday - a day late. I really try not to get excited, but I always think "this might be it!" and then it's not... I really don't think I do deal with it - not very well anyway... and dealing with it while being at work - so, so hard!!

UGGH - I am sooo upset for you SOTFB. But maybe after seeing this your Dr will put you on progesterone and next month will be your month.

I started spotting today - so AF is on her way (today is CD22). I've had some really messed up cycles the past few months - hopefully this Met will fix everything.

Your temp typically drops the day of your expected period.

So look at my chart, you'll see that today my temps took a nosedive, and I just started my period.

SweetBella, I can't stress enough how much you should read 'taking charge of your fertility" it really helps you understand how all this works. At best, fertilitfriend has an online course you can take. It is sent right to your emails and it's free.

My DH even took the course with me, so he could have a better understanding of how it all works. I thougt that was pertty  of him.

Also are you taking your temp at the EXACT same time each morning, before getting out of bed or even moving? Because taking your temp at different times in the morning, or getting up before taking it can cause you temps to go up and down.

What time are you taking your temps each morning?

I take mine at 6:30am every day. Even on weekends I set an alarm, take my temp and then go back to sleep. I try and move as little as possible so I keep my BBT on my nightstand. So for the most part all I'm doing is reaching over to grab it, turning it on and taking my temp. One cool thing about my BBT (I got it at walgreens I believe) is that it stores my temperature for me, so I don't have to worry about writing the temp down.
