Assisi - I'm sorry girl - I hate that - AF bites!!!!!

I went to church tonight - and just felt awful - I didn't want to be there, surrounded by families and a ton of pregnant women. I pretty much ran out of there after services were over. I hate not being pregnant.

Well, either way, the test tomorrow should prove whether or not i'm ovulating.... cause even if i'm ovulating at that moment.. shouldn't the levels be higher?

Oh and he had us BD on days 14 through 18... because i told him my cycles are usually between 28 and 35 days.. so he wasn't basing it just on a 28 day cycle. I'm not charting yet.. I made one.. but i haven't really started it.

I'm gonna go ahead and let them do the test and see if it proves anything.. cause i have topay the copay anyway for the insulin resistance test.. so i might as well let them. If I have to go back, I have to go back.

Well, if this is one of your 35 day cycles, and you have a 14 day LP, then you would ovulate on day 21 - so the EWCM now would make sense.

I totally understand the money thing though too - so do what you need to

My blood work was done at cd 3...

The blood work done at 7dpo is the Progesterone (P4) which shows if you ovulated or not. Althought mine was 16 when I had that done. When I had the cd 3 blood work for the FSH and LH that is what was off.

Honestly I really don't understand it all but I just have to trust the doctors on this one I guess. Just one more time of Clomid then the next step is IUI

It's gotten to the point where I should just be completely alone the day AF arrives, because I'm pretty sure I'm about impossible to live with - poor DH! Guess I will take Clomid next month. Does anyone know - do you usually start taking it on CD1 or CD5? My doctor told me 5, but the pharmacist put 1 on the bottle...

I would call the Dr and double check - b/c I know that Clomid stuff can be different for different people.

Why can some people pop out babies like there is no tomorrow - and some struggle sooo much.

Hmmm... good question - if you ever find the answer, let me know! I, too, am surrounded by pregnant people... if one more person in my family ends up pg, I don't know that I'll be able to handle it... at least at church, we've only got one - but we have an older congregation too.

Well, I just got back from my appointment. DH did his SA... knowing I could have a 35 day cycle.. he seemed to think he could get a good answer from this, regardless. I haven't had anymore EWCM.. so if I as going to ovulate I probably already did.. but chances are I didn't .. cause I don't think I ever do. But it didn't hurt to let them do the test and see what they find out.. since I already had to go.

DH was a little embarrassed this morning.. he said when he went into the hospital.. and had to go to the outpatient desk... and turn in his sample.. there was a woman we go to church with! lol She is in charge of the regestration in that area. He's like, now they are all gonna know before your family even knows we're trying! lol Oh well!

The lady who did my blood test this morning.. didn't do so good.. the person who did it last week was so gentle and good.. but the one this morning.. hurt!! My arm is so sore!

But anyway, they said I should have the results back by tomorrow.. Monday at the latest. So I will let you know what happened as soon as I find out!

LOL!! I know what that's like! Living in a small town, we don't get much privacy - and things are not kept secret for long! Good luck - I hope you get good results!

Well done about your decision though. Soon you will know a whole lot more and you will be pregnant sooner!

I'm glad I'm not the only one like this. I feel so childish for getting so upset, but...I really want to be pregnant.

Oh, I know! I woke up this morning feeling awful about the way I was feeling yesterday. Yes, childish is a good way to describe it! Isn't it amazing? We are not even pregnant - and our emotions are all over the place! LOL! But it does feel good to not be the only one - although I wish at least one of us would have gotten a BFP!

Well, I tested this morning and it was negative. I only tested because my boobs are really hurting. I never get sore boobs before AF so I had to test - even though AF isn't due until Monday.

The boobs are still giving me hope though - we shall see in a few days.

You still have a few days - hopefully it was just too early to get a positive result. I hope, I hope!! I will pray for you over the weekend - it would be nice to have some good news in here for a change! Hopefully it will be yours!

Well, today I got back my results from my blood tests yesterday. My glucose and insulin tests came back normal.. so I guess that means I probably don't have PCOS. They didn't explain very well. But they said the progesterone level test tested + for Ovulation. Well.. doesn't that mean I ovulated or was ovulating? Well.. I'm only on day 22 of my cycle today.. and the doctor wants me to start provera today.. for 10 days, call them when my period starts and do another test at day 21. Well I'm confused because I thought they wouldn't want me to take that until we see if my period is late and/or if I'm pregnant naturally since I O'd. I asked her, and she said yeah, but still said he wanted me to start taking it today. I mean I know that would mean my period would actually start about day 27 or 28.. and would make this last cycle only about 27 days long.. cause she said it usually starts at about 5 days after starting taking it or 5 days after i'm done taking it I can' tremember. Anyone understand provera little better? This is my first time being on it. So I'm just a bit confused. Is thee a way that they knew from those tests somehow that I wouldn't get pregnant this round naturally? I don't know. Any advice would be great!

I know we aren't talking directly to your Dr - but it does not make much sense - why would she want you to start your period if you could possibly be pregnant? I don't understand it at all.

My personal recomendation - don't take the Provera - who knows what it might do it you are pregnant?? - I have never taken it but it just doesn't seem to make sense in your current situation.

I know a lot of women who took it when there period hadn't been there for WEEKS - like 40+ days.

Oh, and the possiblity of getting pregnant naturally is there - they probably aren't expecting it since you haven't gotten pregnant yet.
