Do you know the formula for how Reps are calculated?

You get 1 for being here/having 100 posts plus 1 for each year you are here...

then 1 for each 1000 points of Rep you have

and 1 for each 1000 posts ...

That is your Rep giving power...

If you click on Control Panel at the top of the screen and scroll down it says it at the top of the box list that shows who you have repped...
