You have already gone into a lot of detail. You don't say whether you are a licensed counselor. I suspect not because you would be aware that your revelations so far break ACA rules, even without the use of names.

I think you take an interest in the family as a friend or counselor sounds like a wonderful thing - I'm just not seeing much more to do besides let her grow and continue supporting her.
