Here's the story:

I purchased some metal DDR pads from RedOctane over the internet (about $400). The pads were no good, so I returned them for a refund (by mail because the company is in another state).

They accidently credited my credit card twice (i.e. instead of refunding me $400 they refunded my $800). Anyway, I've called them about it twice now, and both times they said they would correct the problem, but they still haven't done anything about it.

I don't really feel like calling their customer support line again and go through all the difficulty of trying to explain that they gave me too much money (they always think I'm complaining that I didn't get enough). Especially if it has no results anyway.

What should I do? Does anyone know any good Scripture?

Thanks!

Wow! I know what you're saying...the phrase 'customer service' is an oxymoron these days. I'd try again (third time's a charm, so they say). If it's not resolved then it's not your fault. You did what you could. Maybe try sending a certified letter. ?

Well you can only do so much. I mean you've called the company a couple times and both times they said they would credit it back. In my opinion it is not stealing.
Stealing in this case would be.. knowing that they credited you twice and then you did nothing, that would be stealing, not trying to get them to credit you back

You could try contacting your credit card company. Also, be aware that sometimes it takes a while for stuff to actually show up on your credit card. So even after it gets straightened out, you may not be able to tell for a few days. In the end, even if it doesn't get straightened out I don't think anyone could accuse you of stealing when the mistake wasn't yours and you tried to give the money back.

If you already told them that they gave you too much money (twice), you've done your duty...now just think of it as a blessing...God can give and God can take...this time he's given. Use it wisely, though, don't just go out and blow it.
