Oh,

I completely agree he needs to be investigated. Absolutely. No argument there.

Just saying it is a red herring to keep bringing up that he didn't win in 2016 because he didn't win the popular vote.
It's the Right as keeps bringing that up, imputing to the Left a conspiracy to unseat Trump and put Hillary in his place.

I don’t think that axing Comey was a mistake. It gave the bureaucrats and his enemies an opportunity to do what they were going to do anyways, but JC was an incompetent dud, by any initials.
His biggest mistake started with slurring Meagan Kelly as a bleeder, and calling another woman on the stage as ugly.
Republicans don’t have the vote of single women, all interested in abortion, and who like to think of government as a husband without benefits. Republicanism has appeal only to those who are fierce about their independence and their self-reliance.
However Republicans need the suburbs, and the suburbs are the place where married women vote.
Women are not going to vote for a man who hurls personal insults at women.
That is a fatal for 2020, I think.
