Yes, and purposefully doing it on the world stage. It should've never been televised to begin with.Absolutely disgraceful and shameful.
Trump and Vance absolutely devoid of class, tact and statesmanship. Their ego wasn’t being stroked enough and the inane ramblings started.
I’m glad Zelensky walked away. This was never about peace for Trump, it was holding a gun in one hand and a life jacket in the other.
So right off the bat insult the guest. Mock him and ask "Why don't you were a suite." How rude! Here's the "MAGA" take on it:
I was referring to another post #125 byYou think that is offensive and disrespectful.
Seems from the perspective of the press member who asked the question, what Zelenskyy was waring was inappropriate and it bothered him.So right off the bat insult the guest. Mock him and ask "Why don't you were a suite." How rude!
You're glossing. Then Z asks a question about the diplomacy and Vance is "disrespected".
The US administration may get what they want, but it seems to me that the reputation of the USA is damaged, at least for the next 4 years. It drifted away from the EU, Canada and other countries.Anyway. It is over. Let's move on. Zelensky told by NATO Mark Rutte, as distasteful as it is, he needs the United State and therefor must stroke Trumps ego, tell him how great he is and how thankful. And, I think, ultimately accept whatever deal is offered no matter how bad. This is what we should have expected from Trump and Vance. This is what we elected. While some of us are appalled others are proud of it.
Who knows what the US will do. Who knows what the quality of the deal will be.Anyway. It is over. Let's move on. There was a very good interview, on Fox, with Zelenski and Bret Baier. Zelenski explained a lot.

Why?Yes.
European economies aren't doing so well at the moment though. German in particular is struggling due to cutting itself off cheap Russian gas and shutting down it's nuclear power plants. There is also a growing economy in China and Russia and the rest of the undeveloped world. Why should the USA privilege Europe at the expense of itself? Especially since Europe is going to cease to be European. For example, because the EU + Canada constitute the strongest economy in the world. Even more if we count also the UK.
Even when doing "not so well", it is still the strongest. China, the USA, Russia, Japan etc. have their own economic problems as well. Nobody's economy grows forever without any pullbacks, crisis or recessions. Its a normal process. Economies fluctuate.European economies aren't doing so well at the moment though. Well why should the USA garuntee Europe's security at its own expense? Also, what's nonsense about what I've said? Europe has embarked on a course of multiculturalism and multiethnic immigration. Europeans are not replacing themselves and Christianity is in decline on the continent.Even when doing "not so well", its still the strongest. The rest of your post seems like a nonsense to me.
I did not say the USA should guarantee the EU security. The EU is strong enough. If you are talking about defense treaties like NATO, then it is because it is also better for the USA to have allies.Well why should the USA garuntee Europe's security at its own expense?
It is like saying that America ceased being America because it is not what you have been used to in your childhood. Also, you do not seem to know much about Europe and about vast differences between countries. Sweden is not Finland, France is not Poland, Czechia is not Belgium, Germany is not Hungary etc.Europe has embarked on a course of multiculturalism and multiethnic immigration. Europeans are not replacing themselves and Christianity is in decline on the continent.
