16 year olds can have a driver’s license and that’s something that affects everyone around them way more than some random trans kid playing a sport.


Maybe but that’s not really my concern here. I’m wondering why you’re all seemingly ok with the president of the United States singling out one kid and using their case to retaliate against an entire state. This is nothing more than cyber bullying a teenager from our highest elected official.

Why are you ok with that? Do you not see the massive power imbalance here? Do you think the president should maybe focus on matters of national importance rather than what some teenage track star is up to?

Minors are impressionable, so yes.

This further illustrates why boys don’t belong in girl’s sports. And he isn’t female, he biologically still a male. We are physically different.

Like with the case of immigration, there could be legal ways for the Trump camp to do some of these things, but for some reason they keep eschewing the law.

Your statement might be valid here if Trump was doing nothing else other than focusing on trans competing against girls but that not the case at all. What’s wrong with focusing on all problems? This is like a burglar saying that cops should focus their attention on more serious crimes like murderer so they can keep on burglarizing. It’s nonsensical. It’s no secret that Trump is focused on numerous issues simultaneously as a president should be. Not just going one at a time.

No. That’s not how that works.

The case in Main isnt over. The finding of the court was based upon procedural issues and not on authority or merit regarding whether ir not boys should be able to participate in girls sports. They also didn't find that the administration can't withhold federal funding based on Title IX violations. They did say that certain procedures had to be followed.

So my hope is that the administration will be back and start pulling funding from places who are allowing this insanity and harm upon female athletes.
