I see. I was merely mentioning characteristic traits that people use when discussing this topic. You know the performative things. Its not things that I use to determine if someone is a boy or a girl. Apparently others do put great emphasis on them to try and point out that "see, he's really a girl".

No, the California Interscholastic Federation will also award multiple golds if a contentious situation arises, which happened in one event at the state finals.

Under the new rules, a cisgender girl who is bumped from qualifying for an event final by a transgender athlete will still advance to compete in the finals. In addition, the federation said, any cisgender girl who is beaten by a transgender competitor will be awarded whichever medal she would have claimed had the transgender athlete not been competing.
