What's the different between an "absentee ballot" and a "mail-in ballot" to save millions of American voters facing the prospect of placing their health at risk by spending those unnecessary hours waiting in line during the middle of a Pandemic?Absentee ballots are for those who can't vote
There will never be elections without error, but what we have now has far less errors than what mail-in-voting will have. Just the fact that the Postal Workers Union will play a direct role should be of most concern. Imagine if it was the ACLU who was responsible ?
How am I trying to subvert the elections?
I want them to remain as they are.

It 'triggered' several Republicans as well. That is enough to trigger the left. Get ready! Trump is a tyrant type messages.
I don't mail my ballot, I drop it in the drop box at the county building.I am warning everyone I know not to mail in their ballots.
There are shenanigans afoot with regard to mail-in ballots, from one side or the other or both.
This election is too important to risk on voting novelties. Black people suffered too hard to gain the power to vote, and wasting their effort for the sake of convenience would be a sin.
It was a loan guarantee working with the IMF.However, Biden gave away $1 billion to the Ukrainian Government which at the time was known as the most corrupt government on earth.
What about them. There weren't any problems in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Washington DC, etc.All you have to do is look at how the primary votes were counted in states with mail in voting took
Oh sure, there are going to be many postal workers who will endanger their jobs for the privilege of not delivering ballots on time. Tell me why they would do that. They don't know how anyone voted what would they gain?Yes, mail in voting opens the door for fraudulent elections, especially as the US Postal Workers Union, who endorses presidential candidates will be responsible for making sure ballots are delivered on time.
???That and the right to privacy when voting will be lost in many homes and situations.
Well, it isn't the ACLU. It's the US Postal Service, again what do they have to gain?Just the fact that the Postal Workers Union will play a direct role should be of most concern. Imagine if it was the ACLU who was responsible ?
Some people would rather find fault than accept the truthSo you want a nation that Trump has been striving for.
Divided, techno illiterate, nepotistic, corrupted, diplomatically shunned, closed, populist.
I could care less that Trump brags about grabbing genitals if he was a competent leader with vices.
Unfortunately he is incompetent leader with vices.
based on what evidence?

Sorry, but nope. At least not in 34 states.
More important, Florida [Trump's home state for voting] doesn’t have absentee voting, per se. For decades, it has had vote-by-mail, which is available to any eligible voter in the state. Florida is one of 34 states (plus Washington, D.C.) that have “no excuse” absentee or mail-in voting, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. In other words, voters do not need to attest that they will be out of the voting jurisdiction on election day, or that they cannot get to the polls because of an illness or disability. So there is no special process that “absentee” out-of-town voters go through that other mail-in voters do not.
“President Trump’s comments regarding absentee and mail-in ballots are misleading,” Darren Hutchinson, a law professor at the University of Florida and an elections expert, told us via email. “The differences between the two systems are trivial. To vote by absentee ballot, a voter must provide a reason, usually travel or disability, to excuse in-person voting. The absentee ballot label, however, is somewhat of a relic. Most states, including Florida, have moved to ‘no-excuse’ mail-in ballots. In these states, individuals can submit a mail-in ballot without explaining their absence on election day. They simply need to submit an application virtually identical to the one states use for absentee ballots.
“There is no rigid screening process that distinguishes the two methods of voting,” Hutchinson added. “Once registration and address are verified, the elections office will process the request and send the ballot. In Florida, almost 30% of votes in the last presidential election were cast by mail, and voters did not have to provide an excuse, be absent from the state, or go through an enhanced screening process. On this issue, Trump is simply wrong.”
Trump's Absentee vs. Mail-In Ballot Spin
For one, the numbers
Two, most of the states don't bother counting the absentee ballots for election day if the number of ballots wouldn't change the outcome, which is common
Mail in ballots will all have to be counted prior to certifying the election in the state. The governments of the various states who are looking to have mail-in voting, are already concerned about the large number of ballots they'll have to contend with and have already stated that they probably will have to delay the certification of who wins. This is actually what Trump was addressing when questioning delaying the election.
Normally, we learn who won on the day of the election.
With mail in voting, we won't know for weeks after, but the states will have to certify their results before the deadline, or they won't be counted
So ?
It's seems that you're ignoring the logistics that states are speaking about and how they'll be delayed in counting all the ballots.
That's aside from the fact that there will be fraud like nothing before and the right to privacy when voting will go out the window from many people.
Anyway, I'm done talking about it and I can only say that I'll oppose mail-in-voting and the politicians who advocate it. They're generally the same people who want to do away with the Electoral College as well. They'll never get my support.
and how woudl that show wide spread voter error?Based on the application for receiving an absentee ballot.
.
why would it take weeks? For one, the numbers
