Do you know what a subpoena is? Did you know that you are materially required to provide evidence when requested by the courts? Thye don't ask for "that one email where he says let's commit tax fraud"; they subpoena ALL of your email records. And you are obliged to provide them. ALL. Unredacted and unedited. In court anyways.

So let's double back again to see if you can answer the question:
How could any agency prosecute any business for ANY reason without the ability to subpoena internal documents?

I think we have laws and that those laws determine that Trump is not the owner or in control of those computers. We have to follow what the law is not what we might want it to be, because if we do not treat everyone according to the law the the law has no value.
