Some still believe the Supreme Court made the wrong decision, but the country survived.

Waiting for mail-in votes to arrive should be much more cut and dried.

Should not matter if one method of voting goes one way or the other, all votes should be counted.

But it does explain why Trump is trying to delegitimize, slow down the mail, and just mess with mail-in voting.

No, it isn't. The "mirage" being red means that Trump will appear to have won on election night, but will lose in the days following when a stream of mail-in votes for Biden either arrive late in the mails and still are counted or else are obtained and delivered after election which, in some parts of the country, will also be counted.

The controversy over widespread and indiscriminate use of mail-in ballots isn't only about the numbers of them but also the several unorthodox ways that recent procedural changes provide for handling the counting of them.
