Former President Trump has confirmed his visit to Michigan to address autoworkers at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 27, in Clinton Township.

Trump is expected to address around 500 former or current union members at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27, at Drake Enterprises at 24800 Capital Blvd., in Clinton Township. Details about public access have not yet been released.

Trump's expected visit was first reported by the New York Times and later confirmed to the Free Press by an unnamed source close to the Trump campaign on Sept. 18, on Day 4 of the strike.

The union folks are shifting. Trump doesn't support unions. He supports what gets Trump elected. But what used to be a Democrat stronghold is shifting. Strange political world, this is.

I think all this shifting is good. Shake it all up; tear this two party system asunder, and let's see what's left. If we survive, all the better. If we don't, that's just humans getting things wrong because we're not wise, smart, or even very intelligent.

It’s basically a non story, “candidate goes to see workers”, kiss some babies, schmooze. Great opportunity to “look concerned” about the vital [%NEWS TODAY%] being “featured”.
