And he kept his promise to release his tax records...... oh wait a minute , whilst Hillary who is accused of being massively corrupt was able to do so, Donald weirdly did not and lied about the reason.

There is some truth to the article, and it does offer some insight into Donald's thinking...

He has kept most of his campaign promises... so for the most part, he's honest when it comes to his actions and intentions... it's when he goes into facts and statistics (usually to justify those actions) that he veers off into La-La Land...

IOW, he tells the truth (mostly) regarding his acts... and lies like a cheap rug when it comes to his reasons.

That's interesting...

trump could be the most honest president

He could be.

But he's not.

Re the article:

his tax reform included a little-noticed provision creating “Opportunity Zones” to try to revitalize struggling towns and inner-city communities.

Little noticed because they've been tried before and haven't been shown to be effective:
The Problem With Opportunity Zones - CityLab

But unlike his predecessor, he did not pass his signature legislative achievement on the basis of a lie

Really? The trade war is based on his ridiculous claim that a trade imbalance is the result of someone ripping us off.

The point is valid. That isn't to pass judgment on President Trump in particular, but if misspeaking or talking colloquially or using the exaggerated language we all do ("Everybody knows..." Well, there probably is someone somewhere who does not!) is ones definition of a lie, he may well be missing the fact that such a person can be, by innumerable other actions and policies, correcting societal wrongs and making the populace see reality for a change on one issue or another.

That person is truly honest in a meaningful sense while someone else who takes care not to say something that could be criticized but who, at the same time, is pulling the wool over the eyes of the citizenry in some important area of public policy...is not.

lol, that's some Slick Willy logic right there.

Even the author didn't torture definitions that much. He flat out said that "Trump lies all the time".

As the joke goes:
How can one know if a politician is lying?
He is not lying when his lips are not moving. He said there was no Russian collusion. There was. He said the Mexicans were going to pay for the wall; when? He denied being with Stormy Daniels, but paid her to keep her mouth shut about it. He promised to reduce the deficit. It has risen about 16%. Many times he did not know the truth.

Yes, there was; but he was speaking about the charge of collusion between the Russians and the Trump campaign, not the Russians and the Hillary campaign.

just quoting msm for those who only trust msm

i bet more msm will start publishing the truth about trump in future because they are finding their readership dropping

people are getting smarter about what is true and what is not
Those who trust the msm understand the difference between news and opinion. Especially when the first word of the link is "Opinion."
